IARTICLE 1 - ARTISTIC PROPERTY
All works by Man Ray, presented on the website www.manray-photo.com, are protected by copyright law in all countries.
The rights of his heirs, the Man Ray Trust, are managed by ADAGP.
To reproduce, represent, publish, or distribute these works by Man Ray, you must obtain prior authorization from ADAGP or its foreign correspondents and pay the corresponding royalties to ADAGP.
A copy of your order is automatically sent to ADAGP for information and verification.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros excluding taxes and excluding processing and shipping costs.
For orders shipped to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) in question. For all products shipped outside of mainland France and its overseas territories, the price will be shown excluding tax on the invoice. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of Telimage. They are your responsibility and must be paid by you, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities or organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
Customers located in the European Community must provide their intra-community VAT number, which we must include on the invoice in order to invoice the total amount without tax.
All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in Euros.
Telimage reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
Products remain the property of Telimage until full payment of the price.
All offers of products, services, and delivery terms, at the prices indicated in Euros, are valid only within the limits of available stock and the technical possibilities of transmission and/or shipping.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDER

By mail or fax addressed to Telimage. Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed in writing, reiterating this contractual information, no later than at the time of delivery.
Telimage reserves the right to cancel or refuse and not fulfill a customer's order:
- with whom there is a dispute concerning payment for a previous order,
- a non-professional whose order is not for publishing or distribution purposes,
- declared by Adagp as no longer eligible for delivery
ARTICLE 4 - VALIDATION
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. By validating your order, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded on www.manray-photo.com constitutes proof of all transactions between the www.manray-photo.com website of Telimage and its customers.
ARTICLE 5 - AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website.
In the event that a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or mail as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. The indicated delivery times are average times and correspond to processing and shipping times. If items are available for delivery on different dates, the delivery time will be based on the longest estimated delivery time. Telimage reserves the right to split shipments. The processing and shipping fee will only be charged once, except in cases specified by Telimage upon receipt of the order. Telimage cannot be held responsible for any consequences due to shipping delays. Any order not shipped within 30 days of being placed will be canceled unless otherwise stipulated and stated in the sales offer.
In case of delay, you will be notified by email.
For payments made by credit card, the indicated delivery times are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times for products destined for mainland France.
ARTICLE 7 - PAYMENT
Payment for your purchases can be made:
- By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard.
- By Bank Transfer (please specify the order number in the transfer comments to expedite processing). The order will be shipped upon confirmation of receipt of the transfer by our bank. Additional bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
You have 20 days to send us your payment. After this period, your order will be cancelled by our Customer Service department, who will inform you by email.

As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, only use for private purposes is permitted, subject to any different or more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

ARTICLE 11 - LIABILITY
The products offered comply with current French legislation. Telimage cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered.
It is your responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the import or use of the products you intend to order. The photographs used to illustrate the products are for illustrative purposes only. The items we sell are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if, despite all our precautions, errors have occurred, we cannot be held liable in any way. Except in the case of a warranty, any transaction between Telimage and its customers that is not disputed within 15 days is final and cannot be subject to a claim. Telimage shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, or fire. In the case of purchases made for professional purposes, Telimage shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from this agreement, including loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages, or expenses. ARTICLE 12 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES This contract is governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
