Created in 1979, Telimage is an audiovisual production company that became interested in interactive technologies in 1986, producing videodiscs Laservision.
Telimage has been positioned in multimedia production, publishing, and creation since 1992: A publishing department produces and publishes offline products for the general public.
A multimedia creation and production studio creates institutional products on commission for its clients, specializing in the artistic and museographic fields (Museum of Photography, National Maritime Museum, Army Museum, Dubuffet Foundation, Man Ray Trust, Jeanne-Bucher Gallery, etc.).
But also for businesses and institutions (Alcatel Cable, McDonald's France, Convatec Laboratory, MSD Laboratory, Yvelines Departmental Directorate of Equipment, French Olympic Committee, Local Mission of Agenais and Albret, etc.).
Offline, Telimage publishes complete series on the various interactive CD formats currently available (CD-ROM, DVD). Online, Telimage offers a wide range of customizable and scalable services. Website projects are custom-built to meet specific needs and budgets. Drawing on its experience, Telimage relies on its team of collaborators, specialists in communication consulting, content writing, multimedia technologies, graphic design, photography, video, sound design, and original music composition. MAN RAY: As early as 1989, at the request of Juliet and the Man Ray Trust, Telimage reproduced the entire Juliet Man Ray collection. In 1994, Telimage produced its first photo CD, "Man Ray Autograph." In 1995-1996, at the request of the Man Ray Trust and ADAGP, Telimage began managing the photo library to fulfill requests for reproductions of Man Ray's works. A first website was created in 1998: the first digital photo library with search, viewing, and ordering tools. Then, in 1999, a second CD-ROM, "Man Ray, Dadaist and Surrealist Photographer," was co-produced with ODA Edition. Simultaneously, Telimage participated in several Man Ray exhibitions with the Man Ray Trust: Hotel Rothschild (Paris, 1992), Man Ray Filmmaker (Deauville, 1993), and mounted numerous Man Ray exhibitions: Mondo Gallery (Madrid), Galerie L'Art et la Matière (Paris), Vue de l'esprit (Albi), Maître des Lumières (Evian), Le Beau Temps (Hyères), and Forme de Luce (Milan).
