How do I buy on the Site Web manray-photo.com

Make research, or look through the photographic library and its various categories, to select to it (or them) photograph(s) which you wish. Click on the image to reach the descriptive card of photography. Choose the desired format of reproduction and choose the photograph which interests you by clicking on the button "Add to cart". Continue your purchases by starting the same procedure again. Then validate by clicking on the button "Update".
When you have finished your purchases, click on the button "Checkout". If you are not yet log in, you must then create your client account. This stage takes only a few seconds. You only have to specify your delivery and invoicing addresses then choose your mode of payment before validating your order.

An e-mail of validation will be sent to you to give the price of the ordered reproduction and to enable you to carry out the payment.

How do I pay?

- By Bank card with on-line payment (on the protected EPAY Security Web Site). The ordered high definition digital image(s) can then be sent to you immediately by downloading.

- By Credit transfer (by specifying the order number in the commentary section of the bank transfer form in order to improve the speed of treatment). The order is sent when the bank transfer is confirmed. All additional charges because of bank transfers are the responsibility of the client.

- By Bank or postal check. All checks must be made out in euros and drawn from accounts in banks domiciled in the French metropolitan area, the Dom-Tom or Monaco. After having placed your order, forward the cheque, with the order number written on the back. As soon as the check has cleared the bank, we dispatch or transmit by downloading the images or the products concerned.

Please note that this form of payment may increase the delay of the processing of your order by at least 8 to 12 days.

Eurochecks are not accepted as payment.

For orders of all products not yet available, the check is deposited at its reception.

In the case of a cancellation or return (partial or total) of an order paid by check, the amount of the sold is credited to your client account at Telimage. The amount will be applied to your next order. If you prefer to be reimbursed, it is only necessary to contact our Customer Service by e-mail telimage@wanadoo.fr

You have a delay of 20 days to send us your payment. After that time, your order will be cancelled and the Client Customer Service will inform you of the cancellation by e-mail.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

The delivery charges are calculated according to the normal airmail; Rates for the French metropolitan area and the Prioritary airmail for the rest of the world.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY DELAY?

Generally, deliveries are posted within 48 hours of the order. In any case, you will be notified by e-mail the progress of the delivery.
